At AZ Whitelabel, we understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to offer a clear and fair cancellation process. Please review the following terms for canceling services:
1. Cancellation Window
- Clients have a maximum of 24 hours from the time of service booking to request a cancellation. Requests must be made in writing via email or through the designated contact platform.
2. Non-Cancellable Services
- After the 24-hour cancellation window, no cancellations will be permitted once work on the service has commenced. This includes any preparation, research, or initial tasks related to the project.
- Services cannot be canceled after the delivery of the final product or completion of the service.
3. Refund Policy
- If a cancellation request is made within the 24-hour window, any payment received will be refunded in full.
- No refunds will be issued for services cancelled outside of the 24-hour window or after the work has started.
4. White-Label Considerations
- As a white-label service provider, AZ Whitelabel does not communicate directly with your clients. Cancellations do not affect the confidentiality of our agreement, and all communication will remain between AZ Whitelabel and the digital agency or freelancer.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
- In rare and exceptional cases, AZ Whitelabel may consider cancellation requests outside the standard terms. These will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but refunds or cancellations are not guaranteed.
